STEEL FORMWORK SYSTEM
1. Materials
All of our formwork shutters are using China National Standard Q235 Steel, or Japan Standard SS400 Steel.
2. Modular designing
Based on the Modular designing ideas, we make the shutters into various standard size, like 200*1200mm, 250*1200mm, 300*1200mm, 400*1200mm, 600*1200mm, or 200*1800mm, 300*1800mm, 600*1800mm.The standard shutters can be combined into various size based on the building structure drawing accordingly.

Using the standard U clips as the fix parts, easy fixing, easy dismantling, only with a simple hand hammer
Reinforcement way and Support way
For the reinforcement waler, you can use D48 steel pipes as the transversal direction, and normal wood for vertical direction with the tie rod
