Circular tube: it is used to build the framework of the greenhouse. It is a secondary load-bearing structure, and the force is transmitted to the main stress structure after being stressed. It is the framework of the greenhouse.

Elliptic tube: elliptic tube is a new product introduced in recent years. Compared with circular tube, elliptic tube has a particularly good pressure resistance. However, because the existing elliptic tube is made of galvanized tape, its anti-corrosion performance is inferior to that of circular tube.

Type steel: it is used on the top of intelligent greenhouse to form a steel frame. It has the advantage of low cost and poor stability compared with square pipe.It is mainly used in areas with low stress and corrosion protection requirements.

III. Material and service life of steel tubes

IV.  Factors affecting steel pipe quality:

Of galvanizing amount, steel tube is extremely easy to suffer air oxidation to rust, so must adopt anticorrosive measure, at present the most commonly used anticorrosive measure is galvanizing on the surface of steel tube, of galvanizing amount how much decided anticorrosive ability, galvanizing is more, the quality of its steel tube with better technology is better.But the more the corresponding galvanized, the higher the cost.

Galvanized belt: good steel raw materials in advance, and then made into pipes, galvanized amount is low, poor anti-corrosion ability, 50 grams of galvanized per square meter, 2 to 3 years will rust, greenhouse is not recommended.

Cold plating: since the national environmental requirements of high, cold plating gradually out of the historical stage, now basically no cold plating, is a process of being eliminated.

Plastic coating: this process is a process to increase the corrosion resistance after the end of hot galvanizing, but the average cost of steel per ton will increase by about 2000 yuan, which has not been used in greenhouse engineering due to high cost.
