Different Solar trackers are deigned with different spindle steel tube, usually in square, circular, octagonal form. As an important part of trackers, the square, circular, octagonal spindle tube require high straightness and distortion. We strictly control the dimension accuracy and surface flatness of hot rolled coils from the material link, and then cut and twist the coils twice after the production of steel tube is completed. Straightening to ensure that our products fully meet the requirements of the drawings.
Pipe material is usually Q355 or 355. According to customer’s requirement, hot dip galvanizing or pre-galvanizing can be selected.
