On the 7th of June, the latest data released by the General Administration of Customs of China showed that the total value of China’s imports and exports in May was 3.14 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.9%, an increase of 0.3 percentage points from the previous month, and an increase of 20.8% from the same period in 2019. Among them, exports increased by 18.1%, the growth rate fell 4.1 percentage points from the previous month; imports increased by 39.5%, the growth rate accelerated by 7.3 percentage points from the previous month.
