On April 22, 2022, the Ministry of planning and finance of the Republic of Korea issued announcement No. 2022-78, deciding not to impose temporary anti-dumping duties on seamless copper pipes originating in China and Vietnam.
On October 29, 2021, South Korea launched an anti-dumping investigation on seamless copper pipes originating in China and Vietnam. On March 17, 2022, the South Korean Trade Commission made a positive preliminary ruling on the case and suggested to continue the anti-dumping investigation and temporarily not impose temporary anti-dumping duties on the products involved in China and Vietnam.
