Our factory is the professional manufacturer for steel structure for solar mounting system, we covers an area of 66,000 square meters. We have complete Cold forming, Punching piles, Cold Formed Channel Steel ground piles, Support rails, and Torque square tubes/round pipes for Solar Trackers and various stamping and welding Parts. The products are widely used in Ground PV mounting system, Solar Tracker system, Fishery Solar Mounting System China and PV Agricultural greenhouses, etc. We are also corporate with Array Technologies Inc on supplying the superior tracking system solutions and services for utility- scale projects.

Production Ability :

Tiainjin Rainbow Steel has strong manufacturing capability and complete production chain . We have 8 advanced automatic cold forming production lines and 6 solar beam pile production lines, more than 50 sets of stamping and welding station and environmental friendly hot dip galvanizing production line. These allow us to ma1ntain an annual production capacity of 6.0GW for solar beam piles and mounting structures.
